Every Jacob Jacobs ring is hand-finished by our master jewelers and guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. If a setting, prong, or finish fails under normal wear, we will repair or restore it.
Complimentary Lifetime Cleaning & Inspection
Bring your ring to us any time for complimentary cleaning, prong-tightening, and inspection. Regular check-ups keep the setting secure and the diamond brilliant.
What Is Covered
Manufacturing and craftsmanship defects, prong and setting integrity, and finish restoration. Complimentary sizing is included, with a perfect fit guaranteed for life.
What Is Not Covered
Loss, theft, or accidental damage from misuse are not covered we recommend insuring your ring, and we provide a certified appraisal to make that easy. Diamond certification (GIA/IGI) accompanies every stone.
