Legal
Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we offer this website and our services.
Use of This Website
By accessing this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it or its content. The content, imagery, and designs on this site are provided for your personal, non-commercial reference.
Products & Pricing
Ring settings, diamonds, and finishes shown are made to order and hand-finished. Availability, specifications, and pricing are confirmed at the time of consultation and may change without notice. Imagery is representative and small variations are inherent to handcrafted work.
Enquiries & Commissions
Submitting an enquiry or design does not create a binding order. A commission is confirmed only once terms, specification, and payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
The Jacob Jacobs name, marks, designs, and site content are the property of Jacob Jacobs and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
